I got my start in insurance at 19 working at a State Farm agency. From there, I spent over a decade in independent agencies, where I specialized in commercial lines — trucking and construction — as well as personal lines. I didn't just work in insurance. I lived it.
After years on the front lines, I transitioned into consulting and automation for insurance companies, then into insurance SaaS, helping agencies modernize and grow. That experience gave me a rare perspective: I understand the industry from both the inside and the outside.
I started Meridian Account Services because I believe independent agencies deserve access to real, licensed account management support — without the cost or commitment of a full-time hire. Insurance is one of the most underserved and undervalued professions in the world. People don't think about it until they need it. I think about it every day.
